An experiential exploration of place, home and moving.
For psychotherapists, counsellors and trainees
The places we've lived are more than the backdrop to our lives.
They hold memories, relationships, experiences of belonging and exclusion, and sometimes versions of ourselves we have long since left behind.
For this online group therapy marathon, we'll come together to explore our personal relationships with place and home.
There may be places we have loved, places we have lost, places we have escaped, places we've never felt we belonged, and places that continue to hold meaning for us long after we've left.
Working experientially within a therapeutic group, we'll be curious about how our relationships with places have shaped us, what we carry from them, and what it means to feel at home.
This is an opportunity for personal therapeutic exploration, rather than a teaching workshop or clinical skills training. You are invited to come as yourself, rather than in your professional role.
The focus will be on place and home, but as with any therapeutic group, what emerges will be shaped by the people in the room.
Online | 9.30am–4pm | Limited places | £160 | 5hrs Group Therapy
Facilitated by Ashley Jack, CTA(P)
Certified Transactional Analyst and Psychotherapist
